Meet the founder

Harrison Armitage

I work in marketing (for now), a lifelong amateur footballer who battled two meniscus tears (this was when I started using saunas), plus hosted my own podcast for two years (The Amateur Athlete Diaries).

Searching for a place to host events where I could offer recovery and connection, within a rural environment, led to me doing it myself.
